| To Register For Our Parishes Click on the links above for the St. Mary/St. Henry Registration forms. Please print out all forms, fill them out, and either send them in the mail or drop them off at the parish offices. Registration forms can also be found at church entrances or in the wall rack by the parish office at St. Mary's. You may also call the parish center and request a registration form be mailed to you. |
